Visa Requirements

The applicant should be a Czech passport holder or a resident of the Czech Republic(a photocopy of the Permanent Resident Card must be attached.)

• Syrian citizens, origin and descendants can obtain a free visa upon arrival to Syria or from the Embassy, a Syrian ID document (of the applicant or his father) is kindly requested to application ( old passport, personal or family ID.etc.. ; make sure you mark your original nationality as Syrian).
• Passport  must be valid for a minimum period of six months.
• Passport  must be brought to the Embassy, accompanied by two application Forms and two passport-format photos.

• Visa fees for Czech passport or travel document holders only

• One entry valid for a period of three months. 
• Multiple entries valid for a period of three months 
• Multiple entries valid for a period of six months 

Visa fees for other passports or travel document holders are different, please call the Visa Section

tag. Fees should be paid only by a money order made out to the Embassy of Syria- Czech Republic in ČSOB Bank / Account Number 263701095/0300. Other types of payment will be rejected.

• The Form may be filled out in Arabic (Except for the address)
• Children of Syrian father: a written approval from the fathermust be enclosed.
•  It is necessary to answer all the questions of the application Form with Yes or No.
• N.B.: make sure you mentioned your complete address and phone number.
• Original Nationality is the applicant or his/her father original nationality (before becoming Czech)
• Visa process takes three to four days.
• The visa period starts from the date of issue.
